He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Esadooah and George Esadooah; his wife Betty Jo Esadooah of Oklahoma City; his son Kenneth Esadooah; his daughter-in-law Evanna Hunt Esadooah; his stepfather Robert Boland; and his siblings, George Esadooah, Fred Esadooah and Florene Esadooah Topetchy.

He is survived by: his son Kevin Esadooah; and his children-in-law, Ralph Hunt and Elaina Hunt.
