He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Rinehart and Eva Opal Rinehart (Riddle); and his siblings, Billy Joe Rinehart and Mary Ann Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie R. Billingsley of Lindsay; his daughters, Lisa Renee (Bill) of Broken Arrow, Tracey Wooster (Kent) of Seminole and Dana Crawford (Joe) of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Kyle Wooster, Lacey Ashby (Merrick), Jordan Boyd (Casey), Victoria Carlquist (Matt), Hannah Crawford and Sam Crawford; and his great grandchildren, Madilynd Kate Ashby and Callie Grace Carlquist.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Calvary Baptist Church Building fund.
