She is survived by: her husband Walter Mainka of Lindsay, Oklahoma; her children, Misti White (Johnny) of Kingston, Oklahoma and Justin Mainka (Erin) of Blanchard, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Taylor White (Summer) of Scottsdale, Tucker White of Kingston and Annaston Mainka of Blanchard, Oklahoma; her great grandchild Barrett White of Scottsdale, Arizona; and her siblings, Renee Mills of Lindsay, Tricia Mitchell of Carnegie, Oklahoma, Ronnie Smith of Lindsay and Ricky Smith of Yukon, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
