He was predeceased by : his parents, Yancy Earl "Yank" and Lucy Mae Ross (Coverdell); his parents-in-law, Ted and Juanita Waggoner (Foster); his son Frankie Lee Ross, Jr.; and his siblings, Richard Ross, Jimmie Ross, Basil Ross, Wayne "Johnson" Ross and Thelma Davis.

He is survived by : his sons, David Ross (Mary) of Verdigris, Keith Ross (Kristy) of Locust Grove and Joel Ross (Melanie) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Libby Vega (Jacob), Jena Ross, Katie Locey (Brett), Kyler Ross, Parker Ross, Peyton Ross (Bayley Harman), Keaton Ross, Rachel Hammock (Zack), Robert Ross (Kelsey) and Reeve Ross; and his siblings, Jesse Ross (Ora Mae) of Catoosa, Floyd Ross of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Barbara Thomason of Ochelata, Donita Evans (Randy) of Hobbs, Emma Garner of Tahlequah and Mary Sue Camberos (Julio) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
