He was predeceased by : his parents, William Razz and Margaret Ann Keener (McClain); and his siblings, John "Fog" Keener, Ina Mae Cooper and Carol Blackwell.
He is survived by : his children, Gary Wayne Keener (Juanita) of Locust Grove, Mark Keener (Lisa) of Catoosa and LaDonna Harris (Ryan) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Junior Keener (Debra) of Inola, Oklahoma and Gladys Stokes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
