He was predeceased by : his nephew Chance; his father Bill; his cousin Stuart; and his grandparents, Martha and Glenn.

He is survived by : his mother Marsha Sullins; his children, Corbin, Presley and Madison; his siblings, Brad, Randy and Gena; his aunt Tonya; and his uncle Rick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
