She was predeceased by: the father of her children Robert Struck; her sister-in-law Leslie Struck-Lewis; her parents-in-law, Dewey and Zoetta Struck; and her grandparents, Joe Phillips (Jane), Betty Springfield (Joe) and Ronnel Blevins.

She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Pierce and Emma Blevins (Phillips); her sons, Cody Pierce (Kailynn Stephens) of Lawton and Taithan Struck of Lawton; her stepparents, Doug of Lone Wolf and Paula of Hugo; her siblings, Tina McCoy (JoRay) of Edmond, Amanda Page (Kevin) of Farmerville, Nakisha McKee (Tanner) of Hugo, Bryan Jernigan (Melissa Hobbs) of Hobart, Michael Blevins of Mustang and Jackson Blevins of Mustang; her grandmother Sheila Blevins; her nieces, Chace and Kaylia; her great-nieces, Hadli and Ember; her nephews, Tucker, Dakota, Cutter, Ricky, Gunner and Jakoby; her close friend Clifford; and her grandchildren, Kaysii Stephens and Cambrie Pierce. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
