He is survived by : his sons, Todd Eugene Bell (Tina) of Mangum, OK and Floyd Bell of Willow, OK; his grandchildren, Toby Devoy (Amber) of Yukon, OK, Larisa Parker (Cody) of Weatherford, OK, Mollie Bell of Weatherford, OK, Meagan Miles (James) of Fairview and Kori Day of Fairview, Okla.; his great grandchildren, Victoria Devoy, Cambree Parker, Nevaeh Mello and Brody Mello; and his siblings, Carolyn Kendall (Don), Linda Shortt (Monroe), Pamela Young (Lloyd) and Gary Bell (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
