She is survived by: her sister Eartha Jean Hornbeak; her husband Herbert McKelphin; her son Steve Smith; and her siblings, Bertha Caro of Dallas, TX, Dorothy Hardin of Garland, TX, Ella Huff (Elder Samuel Huff) of Tishomingo, OK, Stella Hornbeak of Marietta and James Hornbeak of Denver, CO. She is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
