He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalind Johnson Scivally; his mother Ethel Bond Scivally; his children, Susan Stuart and Cliff Scivally; his daughter-in-law Karen Little Scivally; and his brothers, Thurman and Glen Scivally.

He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hale (John), Roy Scivally, Jr. of Dallas and Rob Scivally (Brandy) of Watauga; his grandchildren, Layla (Keith), Courtney, Jade, Alan, Craig, Cliff II, Clayton, Caleb and Calvin; and his brother Don Scivally (Linda) of Thackerville, OK. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.
