He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Johnson and Kathlyn Johnson; and his brothers, Hugh Johnson of Wyoming, J. N, Aubrey Johnson of Utah and Bill Johnson of Oklahoma.
He is survived by: his brother Refinery; his wife Carol Strickland of Lawton; his stepchildren, David and Charley Strickland; his daughter Jennifer Douglas; his grandchildren, Steven Strickland, Caroline Strickland, Blake Strickland, John Strickland, Ellie Strickland, Justin Strickland, Brooke Strickland, Monroe Douglas and Clive Douglas; and his brothers, Billy Johnson (Lirio) and Jack Werner of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
