She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmo Powell and Delma Powell (Goodwin); her children, Shelli Payne (David) of Marlow, Crissy McKay (Devin) of Edmond and Phillip Lewis of Katy; her grandchildren, Brittany, Logan, Tayte, Dustin and Emily; her great grandchild Evan; and her siblings, Denny Powell of Iraan and Pam Ferguson (Louis) of Marlow.

She is survived by : her husband Dick Lewis. She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
