She was predeceased by : her parents, Vincent Piechocki and Martha Piechocki; her spouse Emiel Beelaert; and her siblings, Henrietta Markiewicz, Margaret Babicz and Alfred Piechocki.
She is survived by : her children, Saundra M. Kosinski (Randy) of Xenia, OH, Karen A. Beelaert of South Bend, Gregory J. Beelaert (Bryan Barr) of South Bend, William G. Beelaert (Debbie) of Granger, IN and Mark Beelaert (Christina) of Sun Valley, ID; her sister Rosemary Metz (George) of South Bend; and her nephews, Michael of South Bend and Bryan Babicz of South Bend. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
