He was predeceased by : his wife Martha Hefler; and his son Gary Dale Hefler. He is survived by : his brother Harold Hefler of Bedford, Texas; his daughters, Donna Gail Mitchell (Randy) of Irving, Texas and Carol Rena Gay (Dennis) of Hastings, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Shawn Mitchell, Erin Pope (Mitchell), Coby Hefler, Cody Hefler, Blythe Courtney (Hefler), Daley Gay and Carlyn Gay. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
