She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Skaggs and Rosie Nell Skaggs (Gilreath); her husband Fred B. Ratliff; her great grandchild Kenneth Daniel Ratliff; and her siblings, Lois Bryant, Sarah McCord, Florence Suter, Shirley Offill, Merle Cobbs, Norma Snyder and Roy Skaggs, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth V. Ratliff (Wendy), Fred Roger Ratliff (Janice), Johnny Ratliff and Linda Baldwin (Randy). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
