He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Johnson and Geneva Johnson (Howell); his daughter Pamela Boydstun (Johnson); his grandson Rance Ortiz; and his siblings, Troy Johnson, Alta Workman, Foy Johnson, Roy Johnson, Coy Lands, Raye Wright, Rachel Pearcy, Imogene Gearhardt and Wanda Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnson of McAlester; his daughter Ronda Ortiz (Richard) of Owasso; his granddaughter Ryla Phillips (Alex) of Owasso; his sister Catherine Halliburton; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Alexander-Ortiz, Bryce Alexander-Ortiz, Ryder Adams-Phillips and Bentley Adams-Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
