He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranol Ogden and Ava Nadene Bonham (Morris); his son Andrew Wade Bonham; his sisters, Judy Priebe and Mary Schultz; his nephew Glenn Cravines; and his brother-in-law Arvil Dunn.
He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Bonham Brust; his son-in-law Ryan Brust; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Heather Bonham; his grandchildren, Hannah Bonham, Emmah Bonham and Brooklynn Brust; and his siblings, Martha Dunn, Linda Williams (Greg Steidley), Eva Lovelady, Lavonna (Glen Santino), Debra (Charles Boatner), Ruth (Eric Rainbolt), David Bonham and Mark (Annette Bonham). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
