It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Parrott (McAlester, Oklahoma), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Houston Elsa Parrott and Lois Irene Nichols Parrott; his wife Ann Parrott of McAlester; and his children, Juliet Parrott-Merrell (Paul), Tricia Pemberton (Peck), Trevor Smith (Terri) and Tracy Parrott. He was also cherished by three sisters; two brothers; 16 grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends.
