He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Holt and Billie Beatrice Holt; and his brothers, Howard, Jr. and Timmy Holt. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his sister Judy Mullins; his siblings-in-law, James Mullins and Sean Walker; his friend Mary Martin; Ashley Holt Watts, Brad Watts, Aron Holt, Rebecca Holt, Avery Holt, Ella Watts, Evan Watts, Kim Walker, Victor Walker and Becky Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Billy Ray can be made to the Billy Ray Holt Scholarship Fund (in care of McAlester Public Schools Athletic Department, 200 E. Adams, McAlester, OK).
