With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Stacks of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 7, 2021 at the age of 58. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Stacks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Howard Stacks and Beulah Faye Stacks (Maynard); his sister Kay Briscoe; and his close friend Emma McCormick. He is survived by: his daughter Miranda Mathis (Charley) of Sperry; his grandchildren, Brandon Mathis, Quinley Mathis and McQuade Mathis; his sisters, Janice Roberts of Krebs and Gail Pendleton (Daryl) of Columbia, KY; his aunt Betty Shropshire (Jim) of Indianola; and his close friend LeAnn Thompson of Arpelar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local FFA program or to Heartland Hospice (ProMedica Hospice Memorial Fund).
