He is survived by: his son Joshua Levi Nail; his parents, Anthony Nail and Becki Nail; his sister Traci McMurtrey (Frank); his nephews, Marc McMurtrey (Leslie), Travis McMurtrey and Nash McMurtrey (Jessica); his sister Leah Lafitte (Nail); his siblings' children, Taylor Friedzon, Griffin Lafitte and Bailey Lafitte-Chronister; his aunts, Dale Sitter and Sue Wagoner; Robbie Nail, Jeremiah, Melisza and Sandee Bloxham. He is also survived by father, son, brother, uncle and friend.
