She was predeceased by: her brother Jerry Welch. She is survived by: her children, Teri Skinner (Reid) of Tulsa, OK and David Sager (Claudine) of Tulsa, OK; her siblings, Joyce Morris, Pat Roehling, David Welch of McAlester, OK and Jackie Welch; her grandchildren, Caden Skinner, Gage Skinner and Kayleigh Goode (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Riley and Harper Goode.
