We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2021, at the age of 59, Cecilia Ann Stines of McAlester, Oklahoma, born in Neosho, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Stines and Nellie Pauline Stines (Brown); her children, Felicia Chisholm, Angela Chisholm and Bo Chisholm; and her granddaughters, Monica Chisholm and Madison Chisholm.

She is survived by: her husband Barney Chisholm; her daughters, Nicole Chisholm, Paula Chisholm and Emily Chisholm; and her sister Kim Stines. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
