He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph, Jr. Anderson and Kathryn Anderson (Hartzell); his children, Charles Edward Anderson, Jr. and Patricia Kay Anderson; and his brothers, Ronnie Anderson, Dave Anderson and Tim Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Lenora Kay "Katy" Alexander; his daughters, Christina Lynn and Tricia; his grandson Caden; his daughter Tina Anderson; his grandchild Jayde; his siblings, Daunice Morgan of Claysville, Wilma Creighton (Randy) of Valley Grove, Lois Hamberger of West Alexander, Mary Snyder (Dave) of West Alexander, Pennsylvania, Ralph Edward Anderson, III (Misty) of Taylorstown and Rick Anderson of West Alexander, Pennsylvania; and his uncle Larry Anderson of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
