He is survived by: his wife Beth Tohkubbi; his daughters, Beverly Tohkubbi, Cathy Wells and Kelly Matthews; his grandchildren, Mallory Wells, Jasmine Wells, Ronnie Wells, Keylan Matthews, Tyron Matthews and Jaden Matthews; his great grandchild Amora Radford; his brother Wayne Tohkubbi (Lori); and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Tiger and Elaine Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
