He is survived by: his children, Samantha Pinley of McAlester and David Welch, II of McAlester; his siblings, Jackie Welch (Donna) of Chapel Hill, Texas, Pat Roehling (Butch) of Burton and Joyce Morris (Jerry) of McAlester; his grandchildren, Garrett, Brandon and Cooper Pinley; and his close friends, James Roberts, Anthony Giacomo, Cecil Lee and Councilman Bob Pate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
