He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. Fannin and Tisha Fannin (Howell); his wife Rheta Hull; and his son Roger. He is survived by: his son Ray Fannin; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Sykes and Wanda Beck (Troy); and his close friend Angela McClendon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Heartland Hospice.
