He is survived by: his son Dale Moore, Jr. (Cathy) of Murphy, Texas; his stepchildren, Luke Workman (Tami) of Wilburton and Leslie Davis (Thomas) of Blackwell, Texas; his grandchildren, Meghan Moore, Samantha Moore, Reagan Moore, Dr. Chris Beene (Courtney), Jennifer Martin (Dustin), Matt Beene (Jenn), Jake Beene, Josh Beene, Liz Zehren (Joe), Katie Davis, James Davis, Robert Davis and Vickie Davis; and his cousin Virginia Jones of Texas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
