He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Botts and Jessica "Jessie" Botts Wilson (Christopher); his son Michael Botts; and his brother Thomas Botts, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Tullous (Ryan) of Bixby; his grandchildren, Cason, Amelia and Lane; his sister Joan Tannehill (Dean) of McAlester; and his sibling's children, Kelly Tannehill-Hughes, Donna Espinoza and Gary Tannehill.
