He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Lou Folmer (Burton) and Lester Folmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Folmer of Jacksonville, Karen Mitchell (Robert) of Beggs and Dwayne Folmer (Erika) of Missoula, Montana; his uncles, Carroll Folmer, Robert Folmer, Mike Folmer and Frank Burton; and his aunt Linda Oleksuk.
