He is survived by: his siblings, Bessie Sam, Virgil Mitchell of McAlester, OK, Louise Mitchell (Bill) of Hartshorne, OK, Charles Sam of McAlester, OK and Jimmy Sam (Emma) of Kyle, SD; and his stepchildren, Vera, Christopher, Perry and Gabriel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
