He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Seamon and Edna Mae Seamon (Burwell); and his sisters, Brenda Seamon and Virginia Miller. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Pierson (Ashley), Daniel Seamon and Abby Seamon; his sister Ruthie; his sibling's children, Jenny Miller, Tina Harner, Kevin Harner, Billy Miller and Eugene Miller; and his uncle Gerald Seamon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
