We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, at the age of 78, Don Brown of McAlester, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Brown and Ocie Lee Brown (Duvall); his wife Janet Lou Brown (Effinger); and his siblings, Geneva Pierce, Ruby Pierce, Mary Lee Logan, E. J. Brown, Harold Brown and Johnny Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Dawnya Doney (George) of McAlester, Jennifer Johnson (Rusty) of Ada, Cody Reeves of Texas and Darrell Brown of Catoosa; his grandchildren, Braylee Doney, Audree Doney, Sarah Johnson, Taylor Ellis, Kasey Brown and Cody Robinson; his great grandchildren, Camdyn and Kyson; and his siblings, Glenda Upchurch of McAlester, Carolyn Gillespie (David) of McAlester, Allen Brown (Serena) of McAlester, Odale Brown (Margie) of McAlester and Glen Brown (Margaret) of McAlester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
