He is survived by: his children, Jerry Dwayne Durant, Larry Don Durant, Johnny Cecil Durant, Morris "Ray" Durant and Lea Ann Thompson; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jacob, Cheyenne, Grayson, Sydney Durant, Nicholas and Olivia Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Jade and Jane Durant.
