He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Kuykendall; his children, Sherry McPhetridge (Rick) of Arpelar, Jeffrey Don Kuykendall (Lisa) of Damascus and Galen Kuykendall (Tammy) of Krebs; his grandchildren, Sadena McPhetridge, Ryan McPhetridge, Drew Kuykendall, Kyle Kuykendall and Cody Kuykendall; and his siblings, John Kuykendall (Jackie) of McAlester and Leola Luker of McAlester. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
