He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Higgins and Vida Higgins (Pool); his wife Bernice Higgins; and his son Bobby Higgins (Francis Higgins). He is survived by: his children, Rick Higgins (Rojeana) of McAlester and Donna Little of McAlester; his grandchildren, Eric Higgins (Clarisa), Aaron Higgins, Tommy McFerran, Ashley Adams, Joshua Little, Michael Daniels and Melanie Turman; and his sister Edna Smith of Yukon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
