He was predeceased by: his parents, Gailard Parham and Mildred Katherine Parham (Kuykendall); and his siblings, Wesley Parham and Wilma Stansel. He is survived by: his wife Sue Parham; his children, Dena Parham-Tartaglino (Jerry), Dennis Ray Parham and Denett Renea Parham-Shilov (Demitry); and his granddaughters, Katherine and Gigi Tartaglino. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
