He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alexander and Wanona Jones (Gizzie); his wife Vickie Mackey Jones; his sons, Stephen Jones and Eddie Jones Jr.; and his siblings, Nick Jones, Edith Cox and Barbara Desposito.

He is survived by: his children, Daisy Isaccs and Clyde Jones; and his sister Carol Jones Bernasky.
