She is survived by: her children, Trenda Hosay (Elgie) of McAlester and James Jack (Judy) of Wilburton; her grandchildren, Karie Jo Bias, Jimmy Bias, Jeremy Jack, Lori Jack, Mike Morgan and Sean Hosay; and her pet Kaysa. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
