He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Lee Howard and Margaret Larue Rogers (Glenn); his sisters, Linda Fields and Carolyn Rogers; his stepdaughter Sharon Elizabeth Eastteam; his parents-in-law, Joe and Ruby Palmer; his nephew Anthony Steidley; his great-nephew Charles Patrick Humphreys; and his sister-in-law Alice Rosenbaum (Charles).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Palmer; his stepdaughter Jennifer Martinez (Abe) of Lawton; his grandchildren, Brandon Owens of Oklahoma City, Logan Owens of Lawton and Mateo Martinez of Lawton; his sibling's children, Becky Lothringer (Bobby) of Corinth, Cyndi Taylor (Glenn) of Lake Fork, Duane Fields (Maria) of Alexandria, Loretta Humphreys of Canadian, Jerry Rosenbaum of Eufaula, Toni Perrin, James Steidley (Connie) of Oklahoma City, John Steidley (Lisa) of Arpelar and Michael Steidley of McAlester; his great-niece Penelope Fields of Alexandria, Virginia; his cousins, Earl Rogers and Lafe Rogers; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Steidley (Doug) of Tannehill. He is also survived by numerous other great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
