He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kaye Cooksey; his children, Roxann Hale of Tulsa and Roland Taylor (Sheri) of Yanush; his grandchildren, Amber Hankins (Duane), Rebecca Hall, Jessica Taylor, Sarah Taylor (Dakota Burns), Cody Kilgore and Johnathan Taylor; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Penfield and Emma Taylor; his stepgrandchild Hayley Perry Wadley (Clint); his sister Vanelle Wilson; his siblings-in-law, Veronica Sexton, Roger Cooksey (Laura) and John Cooksey (Connie); Katelyn Perry (Flint Barnes), Tanner Perry (Amanda) and Leonard Taylor (Ellen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
