He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Buchanan and Velma Haney; his wife Joann Buchanan; and his daughter Dorchia Gambill. He is survived by: his brother Bill Buchanan (Shirley) of Mangum; his son Rusty Buchanan (Sandee) of Brooksville, Florida; and his granddaughters, Lisa Brady (Craig) of Brooksville, Kristal Gambill (Cricket) of Calumet, Brandy Neises of Erie and Kim Gambill of Porter, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
