He is survived by: his daughter Tyanna Carlisle (Sean) of Seminole; his grandchildren, Blake Carlisle of Seminole, Logan Carlisle of Seminole and Elijah Carlisle of Seminole; his siblings, Anita Painter (Donald) of McAlester and George DeJacimo of McAlester; his siblings' children, Kathey Jo Vieux, Larry Don Crawley, Michael Ray Crawley, Shaunda Gream, David DeJacimo and Shelby Pingleton; Cecelia Hines. He is also survived by family members and friends.
