He is survived by: his children, Jerry Dale Carter (Betsy) of Florence, CO, Allen D. Carter (Della) of Wetumka, OK, Debbie E. Kelso (Steve) of Salida, CO and David Lynn Carter (Debbie) of Holdenville, OK. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
