She is survived by: her sons, David Blevins (Karen) of McAlester, Darrell Blevins of Tulsa and Tom Blevins (Donna) of Broken Arrow; her grandchildren, Michael Blevins, Woodrow Blevins, Kaylin Strauss (Tyler) and Madison Blevins; her great grandchildren, Adelyn Byington and Kyler Strauss; and her sister Laverne Ratzlaff of Oregon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
