He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Roger Williams; his parents, Norman Montraville Folger and Bonita Marie Folger-Todd (Evans); his stepfather Leon Todd; his son Karl Folger; his wife Cress Folger of McAlester; and his children, Elena Folger of Oceanside, Stephanie (Mike Samara) of Edina, Karissa Folger of McAlester, Mark Summers (Jolene) of Mason and Chris Folger (Terri) of Farmingdale. He was also cherished by five granddaughters; three grandsons.
