He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie; his son Harold Ray Swilling, Jr.; Buddy and Hettie Griffin. He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline Griffin; his sons-in-law, Freda "Annie", Steve White of McAlester, Gayle Brown, Tim Brown of Bells, Treva Tokarz and Jim Tokarz of Richardson; his grandchildren, Hayden Swilling of Krebs, Shelby "Jacqueline" Brown of Bells, Tate Tokarz of Richardson, Jayma Tokarz of Richardson and Taryn Tokarz of Richardson; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Durham, Rozell Rowland (Charlie), Sue Grubbs, Diasna McKinley, Leon Griffin (Wanda), Larry Griffin (Johnnie Mae), Wayne Griffin and Garry Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
