With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Frank Petricek (McAlester, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 8, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Petricek and Madeline Petricek; his brother William Petricek; and his daughter Bobbie Ledbetter. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Slocum of McAlester and Ellen Faulkenberry of Grand Prairie; his granddaughter Claire Harrington of Grand Prairie; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan, Sarah and Jacob Harrington of Grand Prairie; and his brothers, Richard Petricek (Carol) of Skiatook and Donald Petricek (Anne) of Atlanta, GA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
