He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Louise Miller (Penix). He is survived by: his wife Susan Miller; his son Christopher Miller of Onapa; his stepsons, Jason Malicoat of Mansfield, TX, Clifton Malicoat of Mansfield, TX and Anthony Malicoat of Mansfield, TX; his granddaughter Alyssa Malicoat; his siblings, Gary Miller (Wyemiah) of McAlester and Marilyn Cooper of Ada; and his siblings' children, James R. Miller (Angela) of Braggs and Wynette Tipps (Rod) of Gainesville, TX.
