James Truly Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2021, at the age of 61, James Truly of McAlester, Oklahoma, born in Lawton, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Truly and Carolyn Brown; and his grandparents, James and Wilma Brown. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Truly (McLemore); his sons, James Nicholas "Nick" Truly (Traci) of Durant, Justin "Jay" McLemore (Stacy) of Hartshorne and Jared McLemore of McAlester; his grandchildren, Brittany, Garrett, Jaden Schafer, Draxxin Snow, Ty, Skye and Riley McLemore; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Carol Painter of Tannehill. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
